Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

✔ Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

⚠️ We only sell AA quality coffee beans to maintain premium quality.
❌ Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality concerns.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

📩 Email (email id) with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Brief description of the issue

⚠️ Important: To qualify for a refund or replacement, evidence (pictures/videos) must be sent on the same day of receiving the package.

Step 2: Review & Approval

✔ Our team will review your request based on eligibility criteria.
✔ If approved, return shipping details will be provided.
✔ If the issue is due to our error, we may cover the shipping cost.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

✔ Refunds are processed via Cashfree and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Customers can choose a replacement product instead of a refund (subject to availability).
❌ Refunds may be partially declined if the returned product has been used or tampered with.

⚠️ Important: Evidence (pictures/videos) must be sent on the same day of receiving the package for refunds/replacements.

5. Order Cancellations

❌ Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
✔ Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
