🌟 Ingredients

  • 24g Coffee (medium grind)
  • 200ml Water (94°C or 201°F)

🛠 Step-by-Step Guide

🔄 1. Rinse the Filter

  • Place the filter in the V60 dripper.
  • Pour hot water through it to rinse away any paper taste.
  • Discard the rinse water.

âš– 2. Weigh & Add Coffee

  • Place the V60 on a scale.
  • Add 24g of ground coffee and level the grounds.

💦 3. First Pour (Bloom)

  • Pour 48ml of hot water (double the coffee weight) in a slow circular motion.
  • Let it bloom for 30 seconds as the coffee releases gases.

🔄 4. Second Pour

  • After blooming, pour 76ml of water slowly in a circular motion until you reach 124ml total.

🔄 5. Third Pour

  • Pour the remaining 76ml of water in controlled circular motions.
  • Reach a total of 200ml by the 2.5-3 minute mark.

☕ 6. Serve & Enjoy

  • Allow the coffee to finish dripping.
  • Pour into your cup and enjoy your perfectly brewed V60 coffee!
