🔄 1. Rinse the Filter
- Place the filter in the V60 dripper.
- Pour hot water through it to rinse away any paper taste.
- Discard the rinse water.

- Place the V60 on a scale.
- Add 24g of ground coffee and level the grounds.

- Pour 48ml of hot water (double the coffee weight) in a slow circular motion.
- Let it bloom for 30 seconds as the coffee releases gases.
🔄 4. Second Pour
- After blooming, pour 76ml of water slowly in a circular motion until you reach 124ml total.
🔄 5. Third Pour
- Pour the remaining 76ml of water in controlled circular motions.
- Reach a total of 200ml by the 2.5-3 minute mark.
